Represented Barco at ISE2020 event; reached 5% of all visitors, delivered 2,455 ClickShare conference demos, accessed 40,000 people via social media channels and realised 5.5% engagement rate over all channels.

Implemented inbound marketing function for DS Smith, collaborating across Europe. Established pathway to grow marketing leads through launch of blog (in seven languages), webinars and digital promotion; shared best practice with global team.

Building on the success of the main product ClickShare at Barco: rebranded product range, contributed to major launch of v2.0 in three regions, and outlined proposition based on using all Barco offerings.

At Samsung I won 70% of market within three months of new product launch; researched sector, authored 100-page overarching marketing & comms plan for all channels, segments and categories and rebuilt price offering for specific segment.

Small Team, Big Firepower!
For THEO Technologies I created and optimised marketing talent pool; set out individual learning paths, supported role progression, coached product marketeer, built together with the team ‘The Marketing Vision 2020’ and set out processes and templates for every Marcom facet. Now looking for a new team to join me in the next phase.
Hired at DS Smith to build and establish Central European marketing team, with oversight for further team of 35 across Europe. Ensured marketing and communication activities aligned with corporate strategic objectives, encompassing brand awareness, key strategic projects and lead generation.
